Book a consultation
Your first visit

Half an hour, and you leave with paper.

Most people arrive slightly embarrassed, having read too much on the internet, and worried they will be talked into something. Here is exactly what happens instead.

Start to finish

Four things happen, in this order.

Thirty minutes altogether. Nothing in it is a sales conversation.

  • You say what is bothering you, in your own words

Not a menu. People come in pointing at a photograph, or at one line, or saying they look tired and cannot work out why. All of those are useful starting points.

    TakesFive minutes, no forms yet
  • Somebody looks at your face properly, in good light

Including from the side, which is where most of what people are describing actually lives. Medical history, medications, previous treatments and when, and anything you have had elsewhere that you did not love.

    TakesTen to fifteen minutes
  • You get told what would and would not help

Including, often, that some of what is bothering you is not a filler problem — it is sleep, or sun, or a skincare routine that is doing nothing, or something that no injectable addresses.

Occasionally the honest answer is that you do not need anything at all, and that is a normal way for this appointment to end.

    TakesTen minutes, and questions
  • You leave with a written plan and a price

What we would suggest, in what order, over what period, and what each part costs. Then you go home and think about it, because nothing on it is urgent and none of it is on offer for the next hour only.

CostsNothing, and you are not on a list
No pressure, structurally

We do not pay commission on treatments.

Nobody in this building earns more by selling you a bigger plan than the one you need, which is the simplest way to make advice trustworthy and the reason it is worth saying out loud.

Practical

Small things worth knowing before you come.

  • Come without makeup if you can

Not essential — there is a mirror and remover here. But it is easier to look at skin that is not covered, and it saves ten minutes.

  • Bring the names of anything you have had

Especially filler, and especially if it was somewhere else. What was used and roughly when genuinely changes what is sensible now.

  • Bring a photograph of yourself you like

From any year. It is far more useful than a photograph of somebody else, and it tells us what you actually want to look like.

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding

Tell us when you book rather than when you arrive. Several of these are not appropriate and we would rather not waste your afternoon.

The consultation itself is still worth having if you want to plan for later, and it is still free.
