Aldridge Aesthetics has been in Birmingham since 2017. It is deliberately small: one medical director who does the treatments herself, and a front desk that is not paid to close anybody.

How it is run

Four decisions that shape everything else.

A practice this size is mostly a set of standing rules. These are the ones that a patient actually feels, and they are why the site can publish prices and downtime without needing to hedge.

  • Nobody is paid on what they sell

    Not the director, not the front desk. It removes the single largest reason to recommend more than somebody needs, and it is the first thing worth asking any practice.

  • Consultations do not end in treatment, as a rule

    You go home with a plan. The exception is somebody returning for something they have had before and we both agree on, which is not a decision made under pressure.

  • Prices are on the website, not in the room

    A number that appears only after you have been assessed is a number that can respond to what you seem able to pay.

  • Reversal agent on site, always

    For hyaluronic acid filler, the rare emergency is time-critical. Keeping the reversal agent in the building is not remarkable, but it is worth confirming anywhere you go.

The medical director

Dr. Nadia Aldridge, MD

Medical director, on site during all injectable appointments.

On a real build, this is where a genuine biography goes: medical school, residency, board certification, how long she has been doing aesthetic work and what she is most interested in. Specific and checkable, with the Michigan license number beside it.

This one is deliberately left as a brief rather than invented, because a fabricated physician with fabricated credentials is the one thing on a medical website that could actually hurt somebody who believed it.

Visiting

There is no spa sign on the door.

The suite number is on it and nothing else, which is deliberate: a great many people would rather their afternoon not be legible to whoever is in the lift with them. Reception is through the second door on the right.

If you arrive early there is somewhere to sit, and nobody will start your appointment by asking what you are here for in front of the room.
