An hour: exam, x-rays if you need them, and a clean. $139, waived if your insurance covers preventive care — and Dee will have checked that before you arrive rather than after.
Bring: your insurance card, a list of any medications, and the name of your last dentist if you can remember it. That is genuinely all.
Do not bring: an apology for how long it has been. Nobody here is going to say anything about it.
