Kids’ corner
Three things to do. The timer is the useful one — it does not just count to two minutes, it tells you where to brush, which is the bit most people get wrong their whole lives.
The two-minute timer
Thirty seconds in each corner of your mouth. Follow along.

When will it fall out?
Tap a tooth. These are the real ages — everyone is a bit different, and being early or late is completely normal.
Three true things
1
Your tooth enamel is the hardest thing your body makes — harder than bone. But it cannot grow back, which is the catch.
2
You will have about 20 baby teeth and then 32 adult ones. The adult set has to last about eighty years.
3
Brushing before breakfast is better than after, if breakfast is sugary — brushing straight after acid can scrub softened enamel.
For the grown-ups: everything on this page is real guidance, but it is general — it is not advice about your child's teeth, and this is not a real practice. Ring an actual dentist for that.
